Today our super-creative-with-mistakes designers are excited to show you how you can deliberately create with gorgeous sloppiness. OK! You ready to see what I created? I decided to step out of my comfort zone this week and instead of making a card, I made a vellum candle shade. I love the way this turned out! Along the top edge of the vellum, I stamped the flourish from the Cling Jumbo Peony with VersaMark ink. It's kind of hard to see, but I really like the way a watermark looks on vellum. I then stamped just the Eiffel Tower from Eiffel Noel and embossed it with Detail Gold EP. On the reverse side of the image, I colored the holly, berries and poinsettias with my Prismacolor pencils. I attached the shade to a piece of chipboard that I embossed with Detail Gold EP and then added Shaved Ice around the base to mimic snow. This was the first time I used Shaved Ice and it won't be my last! It was "snow" much fun! I placed a battery operated tealight inside and VOILA!
