Welcome to Paper Inkspirations!

Hi! My name is Krissy, welcome to my blog. I have been an avid paper-crafter for many years, my addiction started with scrapbooking and has evolved to card-making. It all started when I realized that I had forgotten to buy a card for my nephew's birthday. Looking at my ever-expanding collection of scrapbook supplies, I thought I'd made a card for him. Since then, I've been hooked on card-making and my scrapbooks have been collecting dust. Someday I'll get back to them... I have two beautiful boys and a wonderful & supportive husband and I work at the Preschool at our church. When I'm not spending time with my family or making cards, I enjoy being active in our church. Life is good! Thanks for stopping by, I hope you enjoy your visit.

Take time to get inky today....

Puppy Eyes & Exciting News!

Today I have a card to show you and some really exciting news to share with you!  First my big news (because I just can't wait any longer to tell you!)  Last month I was asked by Stampendous to be on the permanent Michaels store Design Team!!!!  Which means I will be creating cards and other paper crafts using Stampendous and Michaels products and Michaels will, in turn, be able to use my projects on their website, signage, ads and project sheets.  I'm "over the moon" excited about this opportunity!  I've been busy creating, and this was my first card.

Isn't this little guy adorable?  My youngest son loves dogs and instantly fell in love with this stamp.  So, I think I'll be getting it inky often!  All the products used to make this card are available at Michaels, so it's one-stop shopping if you'd like to make this card also.  I don't know how you could resist that cute little face, don't you want to bring this little puppy home today?

Hope all is well in your little corner of the world and that you'll take time to get inky today.
